Like yourself, I set myself endless times weight loss goals and targets. There were times that the day after I set the goal I was already trying to mellow it down, as it seemed too overwhelming or difficult to pursue. Other times, after I reached a plateau in my weight, I was fed up and went back to my old ways (and so did my weight by the way).
You see, I always thought nobody would take me seriously if I told them I drew my way to my weight loss. One brave day I opened up my heart to a colleague of mine and told her what I was doing. She totally fell in love with the idea. So I decided to share it with you.
I am super excited to share with you one of my passions, which I used to keep as a secret.
All you'll need is a printer (or access to one) and a selection ofcoloured pencils or felt pens.
Goal tracking is easy to follow, you do not have to be an artist and it will be a natural motivator for you to keep at what you are doing so you WILL achieve your weight loss goal.
You must have heard gazillions of time, including from myself, that mindset is a key and that the power of the brain is stronger than we think, right? It is exactly on this basis that I created the goal tracker while incorporating my love to draw, so you can easily follow and enjoy.
