VENDOR SET-UP TIME: Friday the 15th from 12:00 till 2:00pm or at 8am Sat morning, no later than 9:00am.
ATTENDANCE EXPECTED: 2000 plus (Also, there is a Bluegrass event adjacent to us that's expecting 3000 plus attendees)

Dear Applicant, We are so HaPPy you found us and decided to be a part. Please find our application and guidelines attached. Please complete the application and click "SUBSCRIBE TO LIST" at the bottom to AGREE with the terms of the application and to reserve your 10x10 Vendor or Food Booth Space.

in order reserve your space or you will not have one.
We are a 501(c)(3) non for profit event
All money raised will go to help our LOCAL Sheriff's Dept with "Project Lifesaver" as well as our LOCAL rescue shelters such as Second Chance Shelter and God's Feral Felines.
(We are excited about it because it helps local folks and rescues that are right in our back yard)
We have 200 plus Vendor Booths and we want to fill’em up! Please invite other businesses and friends to be a VENDOR as well!
The HaPPyFest will be advertised on Radio, Newspaper, several Festival directories, Facebook, and other media.
We expect in the 1000's! (last year we had 1200 plus and it rained that morning but we would have had 2000 plus folks last year if it had not thunder stormed). Also, there is a Bluegrass event next door to where ours will be and they are expecting 3000 plus attendees. It will be an exciting day to say the least.
ELECTRICITY IS AVAILABLE BUT VERY LIMITED AND IS ONLY FOR VENDORS THAT MUST HAVE IT. TEXT/CALL MATTHEW @ 256-269-1850

No Political advertising of any kind allowed.
NO SMOKING allowed anywhere except in the PARKING LOTS (City Ordinance and will be enforced)
* Vendor’s booth must be open and staffed during the entire HaPPyFest, (9am-5pm)
* PLEASE DO NOT DISMANTLE YOUR DISPLAY OR START PACKING UP BEFORE CLOSING TIME.
* Vendor’s booth must not interfere with adjacent exhibits or aisles in any way.
* Tables will need to be covered with some type of tablecloth that will accent your booth. Boxes must be stored neatly and out
of sight please.
Unprofessional conduct not allowed, including but not limited to profanity, drugs, alcohol or inappropriate dress. Please do
not wear any loud/heavy perfume/lotion/body spray - most people are now allergic to this. No weapons of any types allowed.
No alcohol or tobacco products of any kind will be sold. No obscene items, music, or lyrics. No amplified sound allowed.
We have the right to refuse any vendor or product that is in conflict with this event.
Failure to obey the above Rules and Regulations will affect your future participation in the LiveLonger HaPPyFest.
*All Applicants will need to "Subscribe to list" at the very bottom to be considered a Vendor for the LiveLonger HaPPyFest!

*Vendor understands ALL Rules & Procedures & assumes the entire responsibility & liability for losses, damages, & claims arising out of injury to
persons or damage to premises of the Guntersville Civitan Park and wooded/pavilion area and/or LiveLonger HaPPyFest & agrees to indemnity defend & hold harmless Guntersville Civitan Park, LiveLonger HaPPyFest and/or any members or officers/volunteers thereof, the City of Guntersville and/or the Rec Board.
*Vendor must have his/her own insurance for liability,
exhibitor must pay for any damages to the premises or park that he/she/group causes, liable for any claims/suits held against them by the customer, & agrees
to abide by the rules/ procedure stated within. Any left-over product or supplies left on the premises after the show will be donated to charity or
*Vendor gives permission to use mine or my booth’s photograph online for publicity.
